What’s usually the deal when you see a lot of units being sold in one building?

For example, I noticed there are a couple of units for sale in this address and this one
I have noticed this in the past, too, for a different building in a different city. Curious what it usually means and if it’s something to worry about/look into if looking to buy in one of these buildings.

Samsung S7+ Live Demo Unit - not for sale

Hey guys, so I purchased this tablet on Advert for my friend's gift because she always wanted it. I was told it was genuine and there's nothing wrong with it. I know I should have looked more carefully as well as more "awake" to these kind of things, but I found out that it's a "Live Demo unit Not for Sale".
The seller went MIA one me and I feel a bit lost right now.... It won't let me update the software nor can I download certain apps. Any ideas on what I can do to the tablet for it to be updated to the most recent software?
(sorry if it's not coherent, English isn't my first language as well as when it comes to gizmos, I am very bad at it)

I would advise being careful if you try to flash the device.
I work for one of the phone retailers in the UK, and the samsung devices are particularly well protected against flashing. The iPhones are essentially retail units which can be flashed with iTunes, but the Samsung are more complex as others have alluded to, they usually don't have the ability to connect to cellular networks and the IMEI is usually a dummy, which will be removed upon flashing.
Another issue will be the battery life and display, these demos are live units, running a video for around 8-10 hours a day, 7 days a week, while on chargers. Screen burn-in could also be a factor. I tried using a demo galaxy watch that had been on display for a few months just to try it out before I bought one, and the battery lasted around 4 hours due to the sheer abuse they go through.
Your best bet would be to try to get in touch with the person you bought it from and get a refund, but considering they sold you a live demo in the first place it's likely its either stolen from display in a store or from their store room.

Now that I set on replacing my head unit I was wonder if new year high end ($500+) head units go on sale for black Friday?

Not of any significance. Black Friday in car audio is normally clearing out old stock that hasn’t moved or discounting / bundling install parts that have a huge mark up.

If there are people dumb enough to pay that much then there will be people selling it for those prices. Why should it be illegal? No one is holding a gun to the buyers head, forcing them to pay that much. They are choosing to.
